First experience recently with Always Air Services. Hopefully the rating will increase to 5 stars as the relationship evolves. Joey was very polite and energetic. Totally willing to answer all my questions. I signed up for the yearly contract option so there will be more interactions.

The tech Jesse came out to check my A/C and showed me and informed me that I needed a new A/C. My A/C was 19 years old so this was no surprise to me. He showed me the inside of all the equipment. I had them install a new system. Their price was reasonable so I went ahead and had them install it. There was no pressure to buy as I said I knew my A/C was bad and it didn't surprise me. They did a great job.

I can't express how important it is to get your A/C unit checked. I took it for granted when I moved in to my place. I assumed as long as it works its good. I've had it serviced in the past with simple cleaning, but I started constantly getting sick, constantly sneezing and my electric bill rising with the air conditioner being the culprit.

After six years of this, I finally decided to get my unit looked over. Recommended by my folks, I called Always Air and I spoke with a pleasant and cheerful person by the name of Bree over the phone who took care of me. A gentlemen by the name of Jesse, came and inspected my unit, and discovered what I fear most: mildew, dust and hair from animals by the previous owner and my own pet's hair causing my unit to work overtime due to being clogged.

Jesse took the time to throughly clean, sanitize and degunk all that mess, that I was amazed at the end results. It came out spotless, and once it was put back together, my house feels alot cooler and now quieter than it has ever been. It's been 24 hours and I woke up without a stuffed up nose.

I appreciate Always air for their hard work and taking care of customer's appliances treating it like it was their own. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of A/C problems

Fantastic job by technician Jesse who updated my 9 year old system with surge protectors and UV light, a good cleaning and service which was needed. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced. Jesse did a great job installing and servicing and i think added some life to my system so necessary in florida where AC units work hard daily. Update: I had an issue with the thermostat since they installed our new ac/heating unit when we weren't at home and they weren't able to get inside the house. Sent them a message and they responded immediately and was out the next business day. Tech was very professional, friendly and took care of the problem within minutes. What an awesome company and highly recommend them.

Waylon came to my home after trying to find an answer other than the quote from a service tech from COOL TODAY that we unfortunately entered into a service contract 6 months ago.
That tech came out 3 weeks ago and said that we had no freon and had a leak that needed to be addressed. It would only cost 850.00.
Waylon checked it and verified that it was working fine. Filter changes on a regular basis. Fixed the thermostat that suddenly had issues the day after Cool Today.
Waylon refused to accept payment.
Please contact them if you want honest opinions and troubleshooting.
You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough about this young man. He was so responsive, kind, helpful, respectful and a gentleman. We had been without air for 4 days. Called Waylon at Always Air and had a new air conditioner that afternoon. I highly recommend his company. His office staff Bethany, is gentle spoken and very helpful.

I would highly recommend "Always Air" they are honest and fair with their pricing. Waylon had come to our previous home because I could not get the air conditioning to come on. It took Waylon less than 2 minutes to tell me why (I felt like an idiot) but he was very professional in telling me I had my humidistat turned off and that was the reason the air conditioning would not turn on. He didn't charge me for that call and I never forgot that. We recently purchased a new home and were having issues with the new Nest Thermostat that I tried to install. I was convinced I had it installed correctly and Waylon confirmed that I did but who ever installed our heat exchanger originally did the wiring in an unconventional way. He was able to figure it out and was very fair with his charges. I find them incredibly honest and they have me for a customer for life.

Always air is very reliable, we had a problem with our air around 9pm. They sent a repairman out right away and it was fixed then and there! We will always use them for our AC needs!

However, our experience was still top notch. New outfit sent a tech right out in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, he didn't have the right part but was back the next day and fixed it. Not just that but he did us a favor and forgoed a much more expensive fix with a cheaper one that works just fine as it's an old unit that will need to be replaced soon, so we're very pleased. Tech's name is Travis. A good man! We still highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this company. Our A/C went out on a Sunday. They were right out to look at it. The next morning they confirmed our warranty and make the necessary repairs. The cost was less than it would have been from our old company. They explained everything that needed to be done.

Aloha Jarred and "Always Air." I hope you and your family are all doing well. Our "package air conditioner" (4 ton unit) in our modular home broke down. We called several A.C. contractors to come and look at it and that's just what they did, (stood there and looked at it.) They all said "it is old and you need to buy a new unit." Jared was the only one who went right to work testing the pressures, testing voltage, checking connections, cleaning the cooling coils, and he even crawled under our house to check for air leakage in our air ducts. After almost an hour of diagnostics, Jarred said "it's fixed." After sitting in 95 degree heat in our home for 5 days, my 92 year old dad is now enjoying the luxury of nice cool air again. I can't express my gratitude enough. Everyone except Jarred quoted us exorbitant prices on a new A.C. unit. "Always Air" quoted us fair and reasonable prices. It is really refreshing to meet someone who is honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

- Celina was excellent at listening to our situation and detailing all available options from repair to replacement. This allowed us to make an educated decision about what was best for us, not for them, as we unfortunately encountered with several other firms we interviewed.
- Responses were prompt, consistent, and always as promised, even when they were out training to service their customers with better products and tools.

I'm a resident of Canada and rent out my Florida home. Recently when I needed my AC replaced, because of the distance, I placed my blind faith in this company and they didn't let me down. They did an excellent job and delivered everything they promised

I am very pleased with this company. I have used them for the 2nd time now and both times its been excellent service. 1st time they came out around midnight cause the a/c stopped working. Replaced a part and I was back in some cool air that night. 2 time i was having issues with 2nd zone on my a/c unit and even the original install company didn't want to help me out. When I called Always Air, they said would come out and help me out. Both guys that came out provided excellent service and resolved my issue. Exceptional customer service over phone and in person. I would recommend them to anyone with a/c issues.

Scheduling the service was fast and friendly. I got an appt for the very same day. They found and fixed the problem in 15 minutes! Also did some extra finishing touches to spruce up the unit. All for the price of a service call. Great job! I will use again if needed.

Always Air was at my house within 10 minutes when I returned home with no a/c and my three children. After living here for 2 years and spending over $1360.00 in service calls, I called Jarrod...he diagnosed my actual problem (botched patch work on a unit that was too large for my condo/duct work) 3 other quotes for a new system were more than his.
