Emailed for service Sunday evening, called me Monday morning and had Jesse the tech come out, found I had a bad fan motor on my ac unit, found the part and came back and installed it, AC is working again, my wife was home but he talked to me on the phone with the diagnostic and fix. Great technician, I would definitely recommend him!

My technician was Jesse.
He is truly one the nicest & kindest technicians I have ever dealt with.
He is knowledgeable, professional, & well mannered.
He had the estimates & invoices e-mailed immediately.
I am truly grateful He was my technician.😊

I picked Always because it is a local company here in Port Charlotte. I called for a HVAC tune up; it had been 3 years. Easy friendly scheduling, great follow up. My Tech was Jesse; he called several times to keep me updated on when he would show. Arrived on time, extremely friendly and professional. Jesse answered all my questions, completely explained all he was doing, and how certain parts of the system worked. I felt comfortable enough to begin a maintenance plan. This was a very good experience, which hasn't always been the case in Florida.

I've used Always Air Services for my air conditioning needs for the past 2+ years. Service has been great, employees are knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommended them to my neighbor also.

I hate to give this review, because I want to keep my Tech all to myself, 😂 so I'll just say that my first visit with this company was top notch, so far . I called them to express my finest regards for the outstanding Tech that came to check the system. Thank you for doing a wonderful and honest job . It's a trait I haven't found much from Florida contractors , sad to say . Keep up the good work , Jennifer , and all the folks at Always Air .

This company is very professional. I would recommend them to everyone who needs any type of service or Install. I was contemplating replacing my 20 year old A/C. I had Jesse come to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and never pressured me. This is my first time dealing with them and I made my decision based on my experience with him. I had a new HVAC system put in by Joe who was also extremely professional and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you

The most important things I want in any Company I work with and their people are fair pricing, knowledge of their trade,, being on time, and that their staff are friendly, courteous, respectful and trustworthy. This amazing company rates 5 stars in all these areas. Outstanding company to work with it was a pleasure and brought me peace of mind which is rare today.

In the middle of July (this year), I realized that I had forgotten about servicing my HVAC system. I had an appointment with my doctor that same day and casually asked my nurse (who was getting me ready to see the doctor) if she uses an company who may take a new customer, and she told me about Always Air. She had recently moved to a new area, and they had just serviced theirs. She gave them a raving review. I call the next day and got an appointment for the following day. The technician who came to my house was the same who serviced her system. He arrived on time and was a very nice and pleasant young man. He checked everything in my unit, cleaned it thoroughly and changed the A/C filter. He then went into my attic to take a look at my furnace that was installed up there. Last year, when I was serviced by a company who cold called me, and they advised me of mold and sold me black lights to prevent mold when furnaces are installed in attics. The Always Air technician looked at my furnace and informed me that my attic was mold free, and black lights were working well. He was polite and courteous but most importantly did an excellent job. I will be using them every year going forward and highly recommend this company if you don’t already have one or not satisfied with the company you are using. From the lady who answered the phone when I called and explained my situation, she too was courteous and polite but she also got me an appointment the next day with the technician who did my nurse’s unit since I had mentioned him. I am completely satisfied with them and highly recommend. The price was very reasonable as well.

Best Regards,

Nora French

These people are so good, so reliable and so honest that when friend of ours needed some advice and quotes I didn’t think twice before recommending them. I value my friends so I only offer them the best- Always Air

I just want to say that a call was placed last night cause my air would not turn on and my house was at 94 . Joe came out and did what he did and got it going. I can’t tell you how thankful I and for this company coming out at 9:00pm to help. Thank you guys I will be telling everyone I know about you.
Great company
Jacqueline…

Joey is amazing, professional, efficient and personable. Great work, on time, fair pricing. I will use this company again no question about it . I would recommend this company to everyone based on the work performed, Joey is professional and friendly, company integrity, fair pricing, great experience.

Had a power flicker, that caused the ac to stop working. Joey was out in less then two hours. He checked out the unit, explained what happened and got it working again. All with a smile in the hot Florida heat.
This crew is always great.
Thanks again.

Had a leaking line in my system. They came out same day and got us cooling again while they ordered parts. Had us repaired Monday morning and work was very professional. Will always recommend Always Air!

Great service, great customer service, l can’t thank you enough, Jessy from Port Charlotte area. Great guy, very friendly, very knowledgeable, l will not think it twice, to call him back whenever l need any service on ac. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience hiring this company to fix the AC in my house. The technician arrived promptly and he was very friendly. He fixed it immediately. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have worked closely with Always Air for the past 3 years and what an amazing company they are! They are always on time, have great communication and are trustworthy. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!

Jesse was prompt, friendly, professional and took care of the problem. Fully explained the problem and solution without any pressure or upsell. Customer focused and definitely a 5 STAR asset to Always Air. I will be contacting AA to set up Jesse to come down to our Fort Myers condo next week.

I've had a great experience with Always Air. They're always friendly, always a phone call away, and genuinely work to solve any problems quickly. They make you feel like more than just another customer they really care about the people they serve. Highly recommend! Jesse is the best!

I will prefer my review by saying I found Always Air Service on Google. I have never used them before.
I called Always Air after having no a/c overnight hoping a technician would make it by the end of the day. My call was answered politely and my issue noted. I got a text saying a tech would be to my home within a specified 2 hour window. Perfect!
Imagine my happiness when Jesse called to let me know he was on his way immediately. He showed up in the most cheery of moods. I showed him around and left him to his craft. Within an hour, Jesse had rectified the situation. He explained and pointed out what he had done. He then proceeded to wipe down the wiring and surfaces in my unit to make sure it was operating under the best possible conditions.
Jesse came, repaired, cleaned and departed before the quoted arrival time. I even purchased a service contract. I am a very satisfied (and cool) customer!

AlwaysAir is fantastic! Easy to work with, prompt, and super personal approach. I worked with Jesse and it was like having an old buddy come by the house. Will always use AlwaysAir as long as I have this house!

Our office staff came into the office on Monday to a very hot office. They called Always Air Services who was out the same day to diagnose the issue and determined that the best and most efficient option would be to replace the HVAC system. They had a team out the next morning with a new 5 ton system and had the office cooling and the office staff happy by end of day. Hands down the best HVAC company you can ask for.

Excellent Service from Always Air Service! My AC stopped working on Thursday, and with the Florida heat, our house quickly became unbearable. We have children and pets at home, so getting it fixed was urgent. We had been calling another AC company for days and repeatedly explained our situation, but they never showed up or provided any help.

When we contacted Always Air Service, they responded immediately and arrived the same day!Less than 30 minutes after our call. Our technician, Jesse, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was wrong with our AC. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the repair process.

The needed part was ordered quickly, and Jesse completed the repair the very next day. His work was fast, efficient, and done right.

After such a frustrating experience with the other company, it was a huge relief to find a company that follows through on its promises and genuinely cares about its customers.

I highly recommend Always Air Service, especially Jesse, for their outstanding service, honesty, professionalism, and quick response. Thank you for getting our family comfortable again!

I have had consistently good service with Always Air and will not use any other air-conditioning provider. Everyone is so responsive when I call about any concern.
Jesse Is my maintenance person and he is always very kind, patient and understanding. He answers all my questions. Just today he cleaned and completed a thorough maintenance of my unit. He also installed a surge protector for my peace of mind.
I appreciate the services of this company very much.

First experience recently with Always Air Services. Hopefully the rating will increase to 5 stars as the relationship evolves. Joey was very polite and energetic. Totally willing to answer all my questions. I signed up for the yearly contract option so there will be more interactions.

The tech Jesse came out to check my A/C and showed me and informed me that I needed a new A/C. My A/C was 19 years old so this was no surprise to me. He showed me the inside of all the equipment. I had them install a new system. Their price was reasonable so I went ahead and had them install it. There was no pressure to buy as I said I knew my A/C was bad and it didn't surprise me. They did a great job.

I can't express how important it is to get your A/C unit checked. I took it for granted when I moved in to my place. I assumed as long as it works its good. I've had it serviced in the past with simple cleaning, but I started constantly getting sick, constantly sneezing and my electric bill rising with the air conditioner being the culprit.

After six years of this, I finally decided to get my unit looked over. Recommended by my folks, I called Always Air and I spoke with a pleasant and cheerful person by the name of Bree over the phone who took care of me. A gentlemen by the name of Jesse, came and inspected my unit, and discovered what I fear most: mildew, dust and hair from animals by the previous owner and my own pet's hair causing my unit to work overtime due to being clogged.

Jesse took the time to throughly clean, sanitize and degunk all that mess, that I was amazed at the end results. It came out spotless, and once it was put back together, my house feels alot cooler and now quieter than it has ever been. It's been 24 hours and I woke up without a stuffed up nose.

I appreciate Always air for their hard work and taking care of customer's appliances treating it like it was their own. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of A/C problems

Always Air Services is absolutely amazing! They installed our new unit quickly, with excellent workmanship, and at a great price. The owners are wonderful people who truly care about their customers. Everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of air services!

Fantastic job by technician Jesse who updated my 9 year old system with surge protectors and UV light, a good cleaning and service which was needed. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced. Jesse did a great job installing and servicing and i think added some life to my system so necessary in florida where AC units work hard daily. He also did a great job explaining operation and care and fixed a lot of little leaks and corrosion . Your in good hands with AlwaysAir. Thanks to Brianna for scheduling around my work schedule.

“I recently had the chance to speak directly with Waylon, the owner of Always Air Services. I was impressed by the way he handled our conversation. He came across as professional, straightforward, and someone who clearly cares about doing things the right way! In my experience, business owners who carry themselves with that kind of integrity typically run their companies in the same manner. Based on my interaction with him, I have full confidence recommending Waylon and Always Air Services, inc to my friends and family. Quality people!

Jesse serviced our a/c unit today and he did an excellent job. He explained everything he did making it easy for us to understand how to keep the unit in top condition. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The cost for servicing the unit was very reasonable. Thank you Jesse!

Jesse visited our home and clearly laid out options to repair or replace our 20 year old HVAC systems. We chose replacement. The work wa scheduled and completed in 1 day. They did a great job at a fair price. We would recommend them and we will be using them for any future service. Great Job!

I had a great experience. From the first call to the final installation/repair, the technicians were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained my options clearly without any pressure. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and completed the work efficiently. My AC is now running perfectly, and I’m so relieved to have cool air again. I really appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and friendly service.

We will always use Always air as our company of choice. Waylon fit us into his busy schedule on a moments notice when our AC went out with our newborn at home. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Our AC was fixed with an hour. We had an incredible experience and will be using them again for any future needs!

I had an excellent experience with Always Air. Form scheduling to service they were excellent. They were quick to schedule and repair with fair pricing. I will be using them for all my AC needs in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Always Air Services. The service was quick and efficient, and the customer experience was exceptional. Waylon was so respectful and pleasant to work with!! I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work and will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future HVAC needs. I highly recommend Always Air Services for their professional and reliable service!!

We are Grateful for nice, courteous and professional service. The gentleman that came out was Jesse and he knew exactly what was wrong with our air and had it fixed so quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waylon the owner was very professional and helpful through our process of getting a new AC system. This company is the best I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you once again ALWAYS AIR

Always Air is amazing! I worked with Daniel and could not be happier with the customer service that he provided. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using this company for future air needs.

I would recommend Always Air Services to my friends and family. My recent yearly maintenance service call was performed by a technician named Sean. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He provided me with information above and beyond what I would expect. Good job Always Air Services!

As a woman I ask questions and Sean answered all my questions with out making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Very friendly and knows what he’s doing. He presented the facts honestly with out pressure . Very happy with Always Air.

Sean did an a.c. tune up. He was patient, on time, professional, pleasant. I'm glad I went with this company. No hard sells, just suggestions of things I need to consider in the future. Thank you Sean!

I have been really impressed with this company. I have worked with a few over the years and highly recommend their service. Sean , the tech today was great explaining what he did for service, what he found, and included some future planning.

I'm so glad I that I decided to call for a spring check on my AC I learned so much from Jayson I'm just amazed at how through! He was I've never in all my years of dealing with other companies had that looking forward to a 😎 cooler summer Thanks Always Air

I am a realtor. & I had to get whole air units replaced in two different homes. One job for the duct work changed out also . Always air services was wonderful. Breanna was so good at her job and very good at communicating . The jobs was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them again and use on next job! Thank you all so much!

Outstanding customer service, great price, very fast response. Absolutely recommend this company. Thank you.
Update: I had an issue with the thermostat since they installed our new ac/heating unit when we weren't at home and they weren't able to get inside the house. Sent them a message and they responded immediately and was out the next business day. Tech was very professional, friendly and took care of the problem within minutes. What an awesome company and highly recommend them.
Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Waylon came to my home after trying to find an answer other than the quote from a service tech from COOL TODAY that we unfortunately entered into a service contract 6 months ago.
That tech came out 3 weeks ago and said that we had no freon and had a leak that needed to be addressed. It would only cost 850.00.
Waylon checked it and verified that it was working fine. Filter changes on a regular basis. Fixed the thermostat that suddenly had issues the day after Cool Today.
Waylon refused to accept payment.
Please contact them if you want honest opinions and troubleshooting.
You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough about this young man. He was so responsive, kind, helpful, respectful and a gentleman. We had been without air for 4 days. Called Waylon at Always Air and had a new air conditioner that afternoon. I highly recommend his company. His office staff Bethany, is gentle spoken and very helpful.

I would highly recommend "Always Air" they are honest and fair with their pricing. Waylon had come to our previous home because I could not get the air conditioning to come on. It took Waylon less than 2 minutes to tell me why (I felt like an idiot) but he was very professional in telling me I had my humidistat turned off and that was the reason the air conditioning would not turn on. He didn't charge me for that call and I never forgot that. We recently purchased a new home and were having issues with the new Nest Thermostat that I tried to install. I was convinced I had it installed correctly and Waylon confirmed that I did but who ever installed our heat exchanger originally did the wiring in an unconventional way. He was able to figure it out and was very fair with his charges. I find them incredibly honest and they have me for a customer for life.

Wow great company on time .as a contractor for over 30 years I know quilty service when I see it .Waylon really cares about your Quilty service....fantastic mobile home installation...I would call there company again ..and have told my friends too call them ..thank you walon .😎

Honest, reliable, efficient! They made the process seamless from coordinating permits, inspections, and maintenance education! Thanks Waylon and Brianna, you really saved us to get us up and running before FL turned on the heat!

I would highly recommend Always Air ! They were so helpful when i had an issue with my air ! They showed up when i needed them and solved the issue very quickly for me ! If you need any air services there the ones for the job !

Always air is very reliable, we had a problem with our air around 9pm. They sent a repairman out right away and it was fixed then and there! We will always use them for our AC needs!

EDIT from previous review as Jarred & Celina sold the business.
However, our experience was still top notch. New outfit sent a tech right out in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, he didn't have the right part but was back the next day and fixed it. Not just that but he did us a favor and forgoed a much more expensive fix with a cheaper one that works just fine as it's an old unit that will need to be replaced soon, so we're very pleased. Tech's name is Travis. A good man! We still highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this company. Our A/C went out on a Sunday. They were right out to look at it. The next morning they confirmed our warranty and make the necessary repairs. The cost was less than it would have been from our old company. They explained everything that needed to be done.

I met this company at a local fair thought he seemed genuine and nice. Gave it a shot and I was correct!!! Very nice tech came out and fixed my air!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, courteous and our air works better than it ever has. Technician explained everything and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will recommend him to all of my friends!

Cane to our house, per our appointment and repaired our AC and DID NOT TRY TO SELL US A NEW SYSTEM. He reaired it for much less than we expected and was respectful and courteous. We will definitely use him for all our AC needs in the future.

Great reliable company. Owner knows his business and fixed my air conditioning.
I would definitely recommend him for all repairs and new installations. He is honest and he will not rip you off.

Aloha Jarred and "Always Air." I hope you and your family are all doing well. Our "package air conditioner" (4 ton unit) in our modular home broke down. We called several A.C. contractors to come and look at it and that's just what they did, (stood there and looked at it.) They all said "it is old and you need to buy a new unit." Jared was the only one who went right to work testing the pressures, testing voltage, checking connections, cleaning the cooling coils, and he even crawled under our house to check for air leakage in our air ducts. After almost an hour of diagnostics, Jarred said "it's fixed." After sitting in 95 degree heat in our home for 5 days, my 92 year old dad is now enjoying the luxury of nice cool air again. I can't express my gratitude enough. Everyone except Jarred quoted us exorbitant prices on a new A.C. unit. "Always Air" quoted us fair and reasonable prices. It is really refreshing to meet someone who is honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. I really appreciate his hard work and promptness. I saved their number in my phone and officially my A/C guy!!! I would recommend Always Air to anyone in need of A/C services.

After 2 other reputable companies in the area (including one I have a maintenance contract with) either wouldn't help me, or were rude about it, Always Air Heating & Cooling were quick to the scene, friendly and courteous, and were able to pinpoint the problem immediately. Words can't express how grateful we are to have found such an honest, and caring company in our area! HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing service all around, fair pricing and timely! Kept us cool! Friendly and ensured needs were met and problems were solved!

Would and will definitely recommend this company!

Excellent company owned and run by great people. If you are looking for an HVAC company, you will understand why this is the right company, from the first interaction. If you have any apprehension as you research the best company, give them a call to discuss your needs, you will save hours of interviewing multiple firms in the area. Highlights of my experience;

- Celina was excellent at listening to our situation and detailing all available options from repair to replacement. This allowed us to make an educated decision about what was best for us, not for them, as we unfortunately encountered with several other firms we interviewed.
- Responses were prompt, consistent, and always as promised, even when they were out training to service their customers with better products and tools.
- Jarred handled our repair effortlessly, quickly, and explained each step, answering every question I asked as he progressed through the repair. As an engineering executive, knowing the details is always essential to me in order to have a comfort level.

Bottom line is that this is a well run, integrity driven company that does exactly what they say.

I am beyond happy with jarred and his company. It’s hard to find honest people around. He goes above and beyond for his customers, no matter what time of the day it is. So happy we found him. I would recommend him to anyone I know! Joey and Carol

I can't say enough great things about how this company does business. Last year "Always Air Heating and Cooling" performed a new Air Condition installation. I invited 3 companies to give me quote and they gave me the best price for a new system installation. The job was done great. Jarred and his team was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and friendly. He was very thorough and explained all the work that he was performing. As a result of my interaction with "Always Air Heating and Cooling" it is obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work and that customer satisfaction is extremely important. I have developed a tremendous amount of confidence in "Always Air Heating and Cooling" and will continue to utilize their services. I have highly recommended "Always Air Heating and Cooling, LLC" to several people. I would rate Always Air as an "11" if I could!

I'm a resident of Canada and rent out my Florida home. Recently when I needed my AC replaced, because of the distance, I placed my blind faith in this company and they didn't let me down. They did an excellent job and delivered everything they promised

I am very pleased with this company. I have used them for the 2nd time now and both times its been excellent service. 1st time they came out around midnight cause the a/c stopped working. Replaced a part and I was back in some cool air that night. 2 time i was having issues with 2nd zone on my a/c unit and even the original install company didn't want to help me out. When I called Always Air, they said would come out and help me out. Both guys that came out provided excellent service and resolved my issue. Exceptional customer service over phone and in person. I would recommend them to anyone with a/c issues.

So nice to see hard working honest people still exist. Was informed every step of the way from the first call to the end of the repair. Reasonable & honest veteran family owned. Thank you for all your services would highly recommend.

Scheduling the service was fast and friendly. I got an appt for the very same day. They found and fixed the problem in 15 minutes! Also did some extra finishing touches to spruce up the unit. All for the price of a service call. Great job! I will use again if needed.

Always Air was at my house within 10 minutes when I returned home with no a/c and my three children. Apparently we had some ants get into the unit and luckily Jared had the part we needed to repair it quick and painless! He went above and beyond showing the kids how the a/c unit worked to provide some form of entertainment and an educational lesson at the same time! :) Thanks Jared & Celina for all of the wonderful customer service you provided and saving us on a hot, summer day here in FL! Always Air is the best! :)

I had the best experience with always air. My ac unit stopped working one day Jared was out that same day going above and beyond what a Normal service tech would do because he took into consideration my financial situation and that I have kids. Thank you so much we are forever greatful!!!!!

Jarred and Jason redid the air duct vents on our a/c system today the correct way. The previous set up ,done years ago by another large H&A/C company ,and was done half a _ _.
We feel so blessed to have found out about Always Air and to have had Jarred solved our long standing problem of a temperature difference between rooms.
They are honest and personable. What a pleasure it is to see a younger company treat their customers so well.

Thank you for your prompt service! I can't believe that it's 10:15 am and I am sitting in a cool home! Jarred is very professional and courteous. We are so pleased and happy that we chose you as our air conditioning provider. We will recommend you to our friends.

Wonderful! Wonderful! people! Honest , kind, great experience for me. Cost me less than I thought too! To be honest they could have told me anything. I would have believed it. They did not! A problem I thought was big.. Jarred fixed and was honest , told me is was not. My house was cool again in a short time! You cannot ask for better! Thank you all at Alwaysair!

After living here for 2 years and spending over $1360.00 in service calls, I called Jarrod...he diagnosed my actual problem (botched patch work on a unit that was too large for my condo/duct work) 3 other quotes for a new system were more than his. He and his crew were very professional. They were all knowledgeable, worked as a team and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Always Air!!!!!

Highly recommended. Very timely response and repair. I like how the technician took the time to explain what he was doing and why it had to be done. I really felt comfortable knowing they weren't steering me wrong or taking advantage even when I couldn't take another night of a hot house.

Great AC company! Everything went smooth, very professional, friendly and customer-service oriented. The technician, Jarred was quick to diagnose the and fix the problem. Also, more than reasonable prices on both parts and labor. Thank you!

This guy came highly recommended, and he was absolutely awesome! Dealing with home service buisnesses can be a hit or miss. I'm glad we've got a guy like this around. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars.

This man knows what he's doing. I saw him install an entire new AC unit to an old house and he got it up and running within the day. Very knowledgeable at what he does and very crafty with his tools. I'll be calling him in case I need some AC Repair in my house.

A previous firm recommended a new very expenstie AC unit. Seeking a second opinion we called Always Air Heating and Cooling. All that was needed was an inexpensive start capacitor. Thanks for the honest service we received from you.
